Jackson Book Festival goes virtual the 2nd Saturday during Black History MonthFeb. 13, 2020 from 11am to 6pm central standard time zone. The festival is live on Zoom and Facebook live. Get tickets from http://www.eventbrite.com or from our Facebook pages. Jackson Book Festival hosts its 4th Poetry Contest from 5pm to 6pm. There are four competition levels: Elementary StudentsMiddle Schoolers, H.S. and Adult. Poems must be original and written by contestants.
