Heirs United Investment Club was formed as a general partnership by 12 investors in 1997 in the State of Mississippi. The club provides financial literacy to members and invest member deposits in stocks and other securities. To date there are 24 active members. This investment club is a recipient of the Booker T. Washington Economic Summit (Success Story Award) 09/16/10 and was formerly a partner of the Coalition for a Prosperous Mississippi.
August 2019 marks Heirs United Investment Club’s 22nd year!

My name is Meredith Coleman McGee, I along with 11 family members and one family friend founded Heirs United Investment Club in August 8, 1997 (1997 – 2017 = 20). On a scale of 1 to 10, I went from 0 understanding of stocks and investing to an 8. I learned from other members, Annual Meeting workshops, and self study. Within a few years, I become the chief investment officer. Consistency matters when it comes to learning about money. Congratulations to Heir United Investment Club on reaching such an important milestone – BIG 20.
